  2. When it comes to promotions, its not about how hard you work but how likable you are at the job. Networking is key.
  3. Document everything. There will come a time when you’ll need receipts. Its the best way to prevent people from playing in your face.
  4. Use the PARA method to learn how to organize your thoughts and make it easy for you to find your notes.
  5. You are your biggest advocate. Keep a brag bidder. Keep a running tab of the things you do and what you’ve Accomplished. Positive feedback received and any training that you’ve done.
  6. Don’t go to your boss with a problem. Instead inform them of the problem and also have possible solutions that can fix it.
  7. Become an active listener. This will help you identify peoples pain points and shift your focus on eliminating the bottlenecks.
  8. Don’t gossip about other employees. Or say anything you wouldn’t want someone to find out about.
  9. Don’t be in the realm of an average worker. Be the person known to get things done.
  10. Don’t overshare. You are there to do your job. Don’t give unnecessary information that potentially cause you to lose it. While many companies like to say we are family……
