This is so important. When I worked in the office, I had one of these. It attracted a lot of higher ups because they were curious about what made me zone in. I had basically created a calming oasis at my desk. Eventually my VP, and director made it a thing to see what I had for today randomly through out the weeks. As they stated, it helped them stay motivated with their goal. This also created opportunity for me to connect with them away from work.
